5 stars because they offer 5 star customer service. No hassle, no "let's get in to a debate". I recently bought something for £14.99, and it wasn't working, so I emailed their customer service team and was immediately offered a refund. That's how a great company work, it means I will continue to buy from them and they'll end up selling more than just one £14.99 item.
