Never had an issue when shopping on here. I’ve also always been surprised of the speed of delivery even during covid I’ve never had to wait a ridiculous amount of time *cough* zavvi *cough* I did actually have one issue with a mark on an item, they asked for pictures, I gave them pictures, they sent new item.
Recently I’ve noticed they’re expanding what they seek which is awesome as it gives another reason to shop with them. A few anime blu rays wouldn’t be a bad thing ;)
