Very good customer service team that responds in a reasonable time frame. Items do take a while to dispatch though (about two weeks from purchase), so if you're in a rush to get items, it may not be the best place to get them. However, Just Geek have a lot of cool items so the wait is worth it, especially if you have other things to occupy your time.
