I purchased the WandaVision Loungefly and it came in excellent condition. When I contacted customer service to ask when the order would be shipped as it was a pre order they got back to me in the same day.
When it got dispatched it came very quickly and it was packaged very well.
Overall great site and would 100% order from them again
