I quite liked the enrolling email where they asked me to write a review. I'm not sure whether it was these guys that let me know that the figurine from the DOOM game was actually available in real life, but that's what I bought from them. So good for them or whoever it was that ran the algorithm to identify me as wanting to buy it, and no complaints re the product itself. I guess when you get things like this on pre-order, it would be nice to have updates every month or so, just letting me know that it's coming. But all basically good.
