Hi, The items are great, reasonably priced for what they are but where I think you excel is in your customer service, I recently had to contact about an order I had made, but didn’t want to email in as I thought it would take too long and I may miss the promotional offer, the lady I spoke to took my details and stated that I would get a call back, which I expected to be in a couple of days, within 10 mins I had a call, the gentleman listened to my query and had it sorted within the next 5 mins, absolutely amazing, cannot praise enough, as I do most of my shopping online and never had such great customer service.
