The site is very easy to use and the products you guys sell are all really cool. I quickly found what I needed and ordered my product. One thing I think you guys could improve is being more upfront about the taxes that will be added when you ship things abroad. When I clicked on the EU version of the site. I thought I was dealing with the EU branch of your company and that the products would be shipped from a destination in Europe (and therefore no extra taxes would be required). But the only thing that actually does is set the prices of your products to euros instead of pounds. Now upon arrival, I had to pay quite a hefty sum of taxes and an added fee by the delivery company (which was 17 euros!!!) for taking care of the tax forms....
