Start of delivery was fast and the sweater is great quality. End of delivery was a little disappointing, the postman stood in front of my door, had the packet in his hand and told me, he is not allowed to give it to me, cause I needed to pay customs+fee and cause of COVID, he was not allowed to take money. So he went away and I had to pick it up the next day on a store.
I know it's not just geeks fault that UK in no longer EU, but to provide a better experience for non UK customers it would be great to give a way to handle customs beforehand.
