Overall I was pleased when I received my products for Christmas & birthday presents for people, but some communication before I received my items was not 100% Had a slight communication error when I was told items I ordered were no longer in stock after waiting a week with no delivery email. This was not the case however they were just busy & shipping was taking extra time. Understandable, I just wish this was communicated beforehand & also without the added confusion of my items being out of stock which they weren’t. My items were great when I got them & the items were greatly received for presents :) I have one happy boyfriend who loves his new Halo items!
