I love the store and it provides a great shopping experience, just sadly my first purchase from the store wasn’t the best as it didn’t work… Your customer support team however refunded me straight away for the defected product which was greatly appreciated. I will shop again soon on the store as I need a new gaming headset, I’ll just be sure to pay more attention to the reviews next time 😎📝
