The silicone wrap around the mug was pushed slightly to high causing a weird "feel" when holding the cup. Due to the tightness, I am unable to pull the sheath down to "fix" it. It is also a little taller than my Nespresso so I should have measured, but overall, the art & the build quality are pretty spectacular.
