Received my first order with Geek Store and when I received my package, I was disappointed to find an item missing. Emailed Customer Service about the missing item and had a reply to stay they will send out the item straight away. The missing item arrived within a couple days without any fuss and any quibbles. I always rate a good company is how they respond to a problem, this company passed with flying colours.
