I sent an email detailing my experience. I’m very upset that my collectible item arrived in a badly damaged box. I will not order again nor will I recommend to others. While I understand my order underwent international shipping, I paid half what I paid for my item for shipping… I have also personally packed and shipped items internationally before so I know it’s not unreasonable to expect something sold as a collectible to be packaged with better care. My item’s value has dropped significantly due to the condition of the box and I don’t appreciate paying full price for damaged goods. It’s equally disappointing that I received no acknowledgement of my original email explaining my disappointment —I only received review solicitations. Overall, this speaks to a very poor and disconnected customer experience. Edited to add: evidence of the email you didn’t receive. You may want to review your communication processes if your recommended contact method doesn’t actually get anywhere.
