Made a pre order and then wanted to add another pre order to it. This was very easy to do by email customer services. I emailed on a Sunday expecting a delay until at least the next day but received a reply within 15 minutes. Every time I have contacted customer services I have received a quick reply. The items were delayed but I could see this from the website and this is normal with these items. Prices were good.
