I recently bought a sweater from this brand, and it’s been one of my favorite purchases. The design is stylish, and the quality feels great—clearly a lot of thought and care went into it. Unfortunately, the sweater did develop a small tear. I tried to fix it myself, but I also reached out to the brand to see if a replacement might be an option. I understand these things happen, and it doesn’t take away from the overall positive experience I’ve had with their products.
