I found the website to be very easy to navigate, I felt like I could easily find everything I was looking for. I experienced a small problem where instead of a password reset email I received a random welcome email. That situation was quickly fixed and I was able to reset my password the next week. I am currently waiting for a crash bandicoot figure to arrive and thought the tracking number provided by Geekstore doesn't seem to be recognized by the royal mail website, I doubt it's a Geekstore issue and more a royal mail issue. Considering it's an item shipping worldwide. I received SMS and emails informing me of my order being shipped as promised. So far I am happy with my experience. I just hope my package arrives safe!
