I’ve used your service 3 times and the last 2 have been the same; I get a price online and my junk fits the description of the things (image) required for that price. Then once the crew get here I’m told a higher price, again even though I’m getting rid of junk that is either smaller or same as description.
The experience leaves me feeling that I was ripped off, which has left me no alternative but to go with one of your competition.
