“I just called Justjunk Walker and Lorenzo came on time they got the job done quick. Thank you would definitely use them again.”

“This company’s conduct is absolutely disgraceful. Among the items they took without permission were precious photographs of my late daughter — part of a digital frame set that held deep sentimental value for my wife and me. They also took a sealed 24-case of beer and a brand-new epoxy kit for my garage. They claim they “do not take liquids or chemicals,” yet selectively chose to take these items and more, without asking or notifying me. When I contacted management, they admitted fault and promised to get back to me with reimbursement for their error. Since then, they have ignored my calls and messages entirely. I am not going away. I will ensure that this story reaches local television and spreads across social media — not only because of the items taken, but because of the deep disrespect shown to my family and to my daughter’s memory.”

“Tate and Nathan just removed a 250 pound paperweight from my condo. Being a senior, I could not have done this by myself. They called ahead of time just as the website says, they even asked if they needed to put on bootees to come into my condo. They were both polite, professional, and efficient, would use them again, and would highly recommend them.”

“My junk "problem" took 2 days to "solve" but the teams were fabulous and did just that. Damian and Jose were wonderful on day 1 - and Damian and Yang were equally fabulous on day 2. Both teams were very communicative and professional - letting me know exactly what was going on at all times. They worked amazingly fast and when the truck was full it was very very full and they left the house in the best condition possible. I love that not everything will end up in the landfill and that certain items will be donated where possible. I hope I never have to have this kind of service again but Just Junk was a fabulous organization to deal with. If you have a junk "problem" these guys, and the admin staff are the answer! Thank you all!”

“Great experience, second time using them. My most recent was exceptional. Scott, one of the owners was short staffed and was unsure if he was able to have our junk removed the day we had requested. He made it possible! After his long work day he came by himself (no helper) and removed everything for us. I have recommend Just Junk to many friends and colleagues. Much appreciated, thanks so much Scott. You went above and beyond.”

“Riley and Tristin, two young men employed in south Edmonton, Alberta, were the best! They were both Very mannerly, professional and extremely friendly. We will require JustJunk services again, and I will ask for these young men to come. They deserve pay raises, but as I can no control that, I gave them a $30.00 tip! Now you don't know me, but I am extremely frugal in my tipping. So thanks again.”
