“What a great experience. Ryan and his partner showed up when they said they would. Polite, friendly, quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this team”

“Came over two hours after I called, gave me a very decent estimate, removed the garbage quietly and quickly, the two guys were friendly, professional and accommodating. As a return customer, I am perpetually in awe of how easy Just Junk makes my life when decluttering time comes.”

“I was over charged for a small job ! Was quoted $120 and charged over $140 plus tax and a $30 tip that I did not authorise . Whole job took 5 minutes and I was charged over $185 . I wonder whether this is their usual practice or scam ?”

“Received the best call of my life , emptying the home where we lived in for 14 years and seeing that so much stuff to go had a sleepless night before.Came to the left property to be swept clean Josh and were there with truck walked them around and knows that what they were supposed to do without me asking them. “Just Junk Calgary website says they will take away sod. Just junk asked for pictures, which were provided. I placed the pile at the front sidewalk as they requested. When they arrived to take away the sod, I was told the owner says they do not do sod. Justin Junk is Just Terrible.”

In Calgary, our teams, as policy, avoid removing dirt and sod due to the city's heavy restrictions on disposing of the material, and this is communicated to customers in our online booking process. However, we do make efforts to help those who may have dirt and will provide an assessment for free. We appreciate that you sent photos through to our team, however, it is important to note that the weight of the dirt is what is most integral to understanding how much we can and cannot take. Unfortunately, in many cases, customers have more dirt than we can provide removal for. Regardless, we have forwarded your comments on to management for further review.

“I’m ok with the price if they really do donate and recycle. I had to tell the one guy twice that he was tracking in mud before he did something. They are definitely fast. Maybe too fast. My biggest peeve was that they put two dents in my brand new fridge and didn’t say anything. Still happy that that stuff is out of my house.”

“Absolutely brilliant service from Mikey and Tony. Had a huge household/building works area to be cleared that would have been a huge challenge to anyone but the guys made it look so easy. I had a lot of personal items that I forgot about and they took the time to set it aside and check if it was ok to dispose of.
