“Excellent service. Professional employees and very quick. However very misleading pricing. Felt we were taken advantage of. Quoted $179.95 for a 90” couch. Price was $319 when they got here. 179.95 was for a two-seater (loveseat). Be prepared. Another tell-the workers actually negotiated with us. Very disappointed.”

“The approximated pricing I had received on the phone of $149ish to remove a couch and armchair turned into $270ish when the workers arrived. Too much difference. Also, although the workers were pleasant, the strong smell of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking building elevator was very unpleasant.”

“The young men who removed the furniture were excellent!! Courteous...careful and quick. They came on time and were done in 25 minutes and they cleaned up what little was tracked into the house. The PRICING however, was outrageous....a couple of years ago they emptied an entire basement for a bit over 600$. This year a bedroom suite and a recliner was over 400$. I won't use their service again...cheaper to hire a couple of men and a truck. Sad to see them gouge customers as their employees were and are so good.”

“I had my brand new tv and wall mount taken. Both were in boxes obviously brand new - stolen. I called the manager and he was of no help . I feel completely taken advantage of and would never recommend this company !!”

“Matt and Josh did a great job of maneurvering our piano from our first floor. They were very pleasant and easy going and hard working. I did not like the price quoted on the phone by the other person. It was very far off from what I was charged. I wish they would give a chart of prices for what constitutes a significant upcharge instead of giving the lowest possible price that gives a false sense of the total. It was an average size piano. As far as Josh and Matt, they were excellent so it had nothing to do with them.”
