“While I got some junk removed, they did not take all of it. Going so far as to remove some already loaded pieces before taking off. I was disappointed. It certainly wasn't the service I was expecting for the amount I paid.”

“The employees and the service were excellent! But you are ridiculously overpriced. We paid over 300$ for about 5 mins work. Maybe less.”

“They were very fast in removing my stuff out of my spare room but took my bag of CD’s by mistake !!! I told one guy I was keeping them but there were 3 men here !!! So one of the other guys must have taken the bag of CD’s !!! Unfortunate that this happened !!! Because it was a collection of all my favourite CD’s !!! I called them when I noticed them gone but one of the men who was here said everything was disposed off !!! I think I should get reimbursed??”

“The initial contact was great, except they forgot to tell us they only take 1 truck load away per day- we had 5. Then when I called back they blamed me, I replied this is your area of expertise and you should be informing your customers . They agreed to complete the removal over 2 days rather than a week. That was welcome news. Afterwards there was broken glass on the driveway, perhaps they need to clean up after themselves. On the positive side their on site staff were so nice and hard working!”

“Over $800. for what took less than 1 hr seemed overpriced, plus expected a tip on top of that. Then times that by 2 loads. I had requested loads be taken Thursday and Friday, before the final walkthrough inspection of property on Sunday, but was delayed until Monday and Tuesday.”

“Job was completed as expected, online tool was accurate in estimating what my load would cost. 3-stars because the cost is pretty expensive, I might seek other options next time.”

“Last year, I used this service. It was supposed to be a full load. They arrived and were very nice guys. They said sorry, the truck is half full so we can't the full load. I paid for a full load.”

“Hi there, The experience was great until Payment was requested. That issue is not related with the price, but with the automatic tip request that was set up on the credit card machine. For a curb side pick up of $300 I did not expect a request of almost $50 as a tip set up as 15% on my bill. I found it questionable and made me feel uncomfortable. After leaving a $10 tip, I believe I heard the driver making a comment about the amount. I honestly did not expect that a tip on a curb side was automatically requested nevertheless $50. Hope you can change your credit card settings and understand that tipping should not be presented as a mandatory option. Cheers”

“Junk was picked up, no problem. My issue lies in the billing. Both instances I used your services I either assisted the good folks of just junk or ensured that they could simply load and leave and in the one case wasn't discounted, and in the second case charged double what I was quoted by the previous reps. When I mentioned the discount and the previously quoted price, it was treated as though I'd simply cracked a joke. I cannot argue with the quality of service, but I am quite beset as the sole breadwinner for my household to rectify what became a $400 charge that was quoted as $200. As much as I could use the assistance provided, I simply can't afford to use your service for the foreseeable future.”
