“We just had tree trimmings but got charged for half a truck load, with no consideration of weight so the price seemed excessive.”

“Our pick up time kept getting pushed farther and farther back. It’s probably better to just say morning or afternoon than to keep calling every hour. Once they arrived it was handled very well.”

“I’m ok with the price if they really do donate and recycle. I had to tell the one guy twice that he was tracking in mud before he did something. They are definitely fast. Maybe too fast. My biggest peeve was that they put two dents in my brand new fridge and didn’t say anything. Still happy that that stuff is out of my house.”

“While I got some junk removed, they did not take all of it. Going so far as to remove some already loaded pieces before taking off. I was disappointed. It certainly wasn't the service I was expecting for the amount I paid.”
