“The young men who took away our junk were prompt and professional. I would give a better review, but they gave us some incorrect advice. They told us that JustJunk did not take drywall but that if we broke it up and put it in garbage bags we could bring it to the city transfer station. We did as much but when we got to the station, they told us they didn't take drywall--at least not in those quantities. And now the bags are all back at home--and we've wasted a couple of hours. The young men from JustJunk were polite at least--which is more than I can say for the woman at the transfer station.”

“The 2 men were great but the cost exceeded what the website advertised. They said there were other charges which made it very expensive. Over $300.00 for a loveseat and a chair !”

“The guys were really nice and careful when moving the item from my home. Living in a condo, I didn’t want to reserve the elevator, so they moved quickly without damage. I only gave you a 3/5 because I was only quoted a price when they got here. Which, by the time was too late for me to make other plans. If I would’ve known it would be that costly, I would’ve rented a pick-up for $25 and taken it to the dump myself and only paid $15 at the dump. Instead I had to pay $160. I don’t enjoy paying $160 for customer service. You should be more upfront with your pricing.”

“I already posted a review about the service I received but basically the removal went perfectly but I was way over charged based on the phone quote I received and the phone person knew exactly the size of my items. Shouldn’t have cost that much more on site. To me this is underhanded and almost forcing the customer to go with higher priced service because the drivers are right in front of you.”

“The customer service was beautiful, the guy did all the work once he showed up. Biggest issue was it was about $100 more than I was expecting as the way they give estimates online and in person are very different. Overall saved me from figuring something out.”

“Calgary office. Arrived four hours late. Despite taking photos of things NOT to remove, removed them, "lost" a valuable item. Worked hard but used profanity the whole time. Not impressed at all.”

“This company seems to have a scheduling issue, but they did eventually show up. They did haul quite a bit in a timely fashion. They were polite. They did not sweep up afterwards. I specifically placed things in one area that I wanted to keep, and actually told one of the workers that I did not want to junk a rubber mallet that he was coveting. That item and at least one other item that I know of from the “ do not take “ pile suspiciously disappeared.”

“Very prompt service. Your crew removed my broken refrigerator pleasantly and efficiently. But because they couldn't move my other fridge into placeI I had to find another company to do this, making the solution to my problem twice as expensive and a prolonged disruption.”
