“The men were very personable but the amount quoted doubled unfortunately”

“I already posted a review about the service I received but basically the removal went perfectly but I was way over charged based on the phone quote I received and the phone person knew exactly the size of my items. Shouldn’t have cost that much more on site. To me this is underhanded and almost forcing the customer to go with higher priced service because the drivers are right in front of you.”

“The customer service was beautiful, the guy did all the work once he showed up. Biggest issue was it was about $100 more than I was expecting as the way they give estimates online and in person are very different. Overall saved me from figuring something out.”

“Calgary office. Arrived four hours late. Despite taking photos of things NOT to remove, removed them, "lost" a valuable item. Worked hard but used profanity the whole time. Not impressed at all.”

“This company seems to have a scheduling issue, but they did eventually show up. They did haul quite a bit in a timely fashion. They were polite. They did not sweep up afterwards. I specifically placed things in one area that I wanted to keep, and actually told one of the workers that I did not want to junk a rubber mallet that he was coveting. That item and at least one other item that I know of from the “ do not take “ pile suspiciously disappeared.”

“Very prompt service. Your crew removed my broken refrigerator pleasantly and efficiently. But because they couldn't move my other fridge into placeI I had to find another company to do this, making the solution to my problem twice as expensive and a prolonged disruption.”
