“It started with customer service being so helpful & pleasant, then Stephen and Steve ( father & son) worked so hard, very pleasant & very knowledgeable plus a few laughs. Crawlspace finally empty after 33 years of storing!”

“Not all of my instructions were followed. I asked for everything to be removed out of 1 bedroom and a box was left behind. Also a couple of things in the garage... Overall pretty good... Not such a big deal”

“The service was fast and efficient. The people who came were friendly and on time. The only reason this is not a five star review is the price, but maybe that's because it was more than expected, not having used any service like this before!”

“Everyone was great but was very surprised at your price. It was only a few large items, 1 couch, 1 rocking chair, 4 wooden chairs and half a bed boxspring and frame and 3 or 4 boxes of dishware plus 1 ottoman and empty boxes. I was quoted on site $900.00. Worker reduced it by $200 but I gave a tip which brought it up to close to $900. This wasn't even a room full of furniture.”

“They were prompt and efficient. Where i was disappointed is the apparent lack of care for the kitchen goods which appeared eligible for donation but were tossed into garbage bags and I could hear things breaking. If the company is not intending to donate what they can, they should not include it in the marketing material. Making sure it is not donatable by how it is moved is not an excuse.”
