“I used Just Junk to empty alot of large items from my parents apartment. The time was scheduled based on my work day and reserving the elevator. There was a bit of confusion about what time they were coming and it got a bit stressful. First they wanted to come earlier then they couldn't make it in the window booked. This is a very emotional time for me and i needed it to go smoothly. After a few calls they ended up coming on time and rearranged some things . The guys were great and respectful. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.”

“The staff was quick and efficient with removing the items for recycling/disposal. I would have liked to have given 5 stars but the staff arrived at the job much later than scheduled which had a negative domino effect on my other obligations that evening. However, they did call to say they were running late.”

“The good: Workers were friendly, courteous, respectful of my property (ie: put on boot covers when they were in the house), and the service itself was quick and easy. The not-so-good: The crew didn’t come until nearly 2 hours after my scheduled pickup window (I was notified they would be about an hour late, but no updates after that until they called to say they were on their way). Overall, decent, but will probably do a lot of asking around and comparing options in future before returning to Just Junk.”

“Fine print too fine It was suggested on your web page, that a discount would be applied if my junk was brought out to you. Didn't mention the part that it didn't apply to the minimum order price. Still, happy to get rid of my stuff And why are you asking about deliveries on time, who made a delivery, was the item damaged during the delivery, how long did the delivery take, on this questionnaire? You picked up my old apartment freezer unit and took it away....”
