The initial contact was great, except they forgot to tell us they only take 1 truck load away per day- we had 5. Then when I called back they blamed me, I replied this is your area of expertise and you should be informing your customers . They agreed to complete the removal over 2 days rather than a week. That was welcome news. Afterwards there was broken glass on the driveway, perhaps they need to clean up after themselves. On the positive side their on site staff were so nice and hard working!
