The guys phoned and said they were on their way and arrived 10 minutes later. They were actually a bit early which was great for me. I showed them the couch I wanted removed and they had it out in 5 minutes. One of the guys even started sweeping the dog hair that was under the couch. They were fast and efficient and I would use Just Junk again.
