Looking at other reviews here, I wish I could say the same. Using their online tool to rate how much it would cost to take away two sofas, I thought $350 was reasonable. When they arrived, they said it would be $480. Their explanation was, verbatim "The online tool is wildly inaccurate because it's based on Ontario prices". I'm in Alberta. After they gave a 2pm - 4pm window, they called after 4pm to reschedule for 5:30pm, only to call again at 4:45pm to say they would be here in 10 minutes. I was frustrated with trying to work other tasks around their unpredictable timing.
