I phoned for a pickup in the morning and the team of two arrived...in the morning! I was notified by a phone call of their E.T.A., thus keeping me up to date...removing the uncertainty of when they were arriving. I showed the team of two what I needed removed, was given a quote, said yes!, and the items were removed with care not to damage my apartment.
