I contacted the company for a fridge removal on a Sunday and got booked for the next day. The two gentlemen who showed up were professional and courteous. I was especially impressed that they put on shoe covers - great company policy. They did their job in about 10 to 15 minutes, including removal of the fridge door.
The price quoted was all-inclusive (plus GST). No separate CFC fee for the fridge, or extra fee for negotiating a flight of stairs, as some companies would charge.
