I used Just Junk to empty alot of large items from my parents apartment. The time was scheduled based on my work day and reserving the elevator. There was a bit of confusion about what time they were coming and it got a bit stressful. First they wanted to come earlier then they couldn't make it in the window booked. This is a very emotional time for me and i needed it to go smoothly. After a few calls they ended up coming on time and rearranged some things . The guys were great and respectful. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
