Appointment was verified by email as well as an email reminder. A telephone call the morning of appointment was receive to verify time window. I receive a call from driver shortly before arrival. The crew arrived within the appointment window. So, I was kept well informed.
The crew, Jason and Mike did a took a look, gave me a quote which I accepted. This quote was with the estimate given to me when I booked the appointment by phone. Junk was removed and we are happy now.
