Although they offered same day service, when the service men arrived and gave me a quote it was OVER the top ridiculous. I immediately told them I would not require their services and would never have called them if I had know it was going to cost that much. They immediately reduced their quote by over HALF, which just indicated to me that they were trying to swindle me with the first quote. I don't mind negotiating, but with their original quote being so ridiculous it made me feel like I was dealing with slimy criminals. Why not just give me a reasonable quote to begin with? I will never use this company again.
