Oh my goodness! What gentlemen, what service. The two young men just left my apartment and as mentioned the love seat wouldn't fit in the elevator, so they had to walk it down three flights. It took them less time to walk down the stairs than it did for me to bring down the cushions in the elevator (my offering). The estimated quote was exactly what they quoted by phone and I was able to pay by debit. I think they were here 5 minutes and now I am busy rearranging my living room.
