Purchased leather wallet from there eBay store and it was damaged,
I sent several messages regarding the matter but all I received was lame excuses. Messages came from a lady called Debs who was sadly unprofessional and not willing to do anything about the damaged wallet she sent me. She did admit that the whole batch had squashed leather but wasn't interested in doing anything about it.
