“I made a purchase of a leather bag from this website on July 18. It arrived, poorly packed on July 20. On inspection, I found considerable damage to the bag. The plastic bag it came in was also damaged but not the thin cardboard box that formed the outer packaging. This would suggest the article was damaged before it was packed and sent to me, therefore indicating non-existent quality control.
I followed the returns procedure to the letter and sent the bag back to them by courier. I have heard nothing from them since then. Considering that between July 20 and today (August 10) : I have used 3 methods to contact them 1) webform on their site 2) emails – 3 separate emails 3) telephone – 2 calls where no-one answered. I have received absolutely no response from them whatsoever as to the status of my return and refund.
I am currently £295 out of pocket by what I can only call fraud.
Buy from them at your peril.”
“Purchased leather wallet from there eBay store and it was damaged,
I sent several messages regarding the matter but all I received was lame excuses. Messages came from a lady called Debs who was sadly unprofessional and not willing to do anything about the damaged wallet she sent me. She did admit that the whole batch had squashed leather but wasn't interested in doing anything about it.”
