Ordered 2 different sizes of curling tongs. Couldn’t see size of barrell as hidden by card wrapped around it. Opened polythene bag not seeing writing on it to say hygenically sealed. Returned tongs that were too big and bought the other pair. I was informed they would not receive return as I had opened hygenically sealed wrapping. I couldn’t see the size of the tongs without opening. Have now had to pay twice as much for 1 pair of tongs. Justmylook just say I opened wrapping so have to pay. I shall not order from them again. My hairdresser didn’t notice the writing on the bag either. Thought it was the usual safety warning in different languages. Disgusted with “customer care” treatment, rather lack of.
