Right now I'm pretty unhappy. I love your products and have bought them from several sources in the past but this is my first order directly from you. According to your website, a tracking number was created July 13th but the products were never given to FedEx. It's now the 20th with no product shipped as far as I can tell. So your products are great, your shipping? Not so much.
