It pains me to write this negative review, because we love this product and want to support the company, but their delivery process is unconscionably SLOW! We still haven't received the product after 10 days. Even more aggravating is their COMMUNICATION. They do not respond to emails. There is no person-to-person relationship, just generic email responses that provide no helpful information. In today's world, we need more customer service, not less. Talk to us! - It used to be so easy to order this product from Amazon. But they stopped carrying it. So we ordered directly from the company, which has, unfortunately, been a big mistake. Even though we believe in the product, we'll probably stop purchasing directly from them because delivery time and communication are unreliable.
