Disappointed that I order3d a week ago, and still have not received my order. I reached out to ask when it will ship, and was simply told that it was on backorder. Communication would have been great to let me know beforehand what was happening so I could order from a different company while I wait. I now am now rushing to find an alternative. Disappointed Just Water.
