I like the water and mission of the company but the customer service needs to be bumped up. It’s not the quickness that is telling but the non answer I got from the agent. I get it, I’ve worked with public my entire career, but it was a non answer and now I have been waiting for my order for over three weeks after you charged my card for the product. I heard from your company once before I had to make an inquiry. That is not acceptable.
