After waiting for 4 weeks and Just Water charging my credit card for the bi-weekly subscription, I never received any water at all. I sent an email asking where the 1st shipment was, as it had been 4 weeks and I had been charged twice, and I was told the water was on back order. Would have been nice to know that at the end of week 2 and without them charging my card. The water is good, but dealing with the poor customer service and no actual water isn’t worth the drama. I’ll try Culligan’s.
