The water tastes fabulous and I love the concept and the packaging but there is a lot to be desired for the delivery. The last couple of orders I finally felt like someone was listening but initially I felt like it was falling on closed ears. I placed 7 orders with your company and only 1-2 have been completed in a timely manner. The rest of the orders all had issues and to the customer it doesn't matter whether it is your company or the method you use to ship - it still reflects on your company. Still waiting on a great experience with your company.
