While the water is my favorite, the delivery is very poor. I frequently receive damaged and leaking boxes. The boxes are clearly labeled with arrows pointing upwards. That never happens.
Forget trying to reach customer service. I never receive a call back, and never in the many years I’ve had a subscription, do I ever reach a human being. The only communication is through email.
In summary, great water, poor delivery and even poorer customer service.
