The staff have inconsistencies in their information. I tried to cancel my flexible ticket 12 days before flight schedule for an earlier day of departure and was charged $695.00 in fees. The supervisor even told me that it should have been $1000.00. When I ask him to read the paragraph where these fees are stated, he said it varies from airline to airline. What's the use of purchasing an expensive flexible ticket of $1700.00 when I can't cancel it because of a medical emergency. Too many "fine print" comes up when you try to claim refund.
