I was recently charged £30 for as part of JA's subscription terms. In their T&Cs, it clearly states 'You’ll first be charged when your 7-day trial ends' I initially used your service on 21st March 2023.The charge to my credit card was taken on 27th March (they certainly did not hang about!). This is only 6 days and I was not given the opportunity to cancel by the seventh day. I am extremely outraged and disappointed by their methods. To add insult to injury, the information given by their so called 'expert' was very wide ranging and ambiguous. At least they should let the customer decide what value this information represents. But I suppose, looking at the dissatisfied customers that have posted on review pages, they would probably be bankrupt. IMO it is not immediately apparent that the subscription will be taken from the customer so quickly, nor is there any notification. I regard it as a shady and dishonest way to operate and very likely the only reason the company still exists!
