Just Answer flashed up when emailing Argos Live Chat about specifications of a laptop I was wanting to buy. Technician said she didn't know and would ask an expert to contact me. Just Answer flashed upon my phone screen and I had to pay £1.00 to register before getting advice which fine as they let me know. Information given was only partially correct and had to go elsewhere tobe given correct advice. Later JustAnswer took £30.00 from my bank account. They never told me they were going to do this or the sum of money they were going to take. Immediately cancelled subscription J Avoid this company at all costs.
