I did not get the correct answer + lost my credit score!! I asked a legal question. The person answering me was clearly not an expert in the field. Gave me wrong and unrelated answers. I first tried to explain more and direct her to my question. But, then I gave up. I was told to pay $5 fully refundable. But then two days later they charged me £50 for membership! Apparently, they had done such before and had complaints against them. So, my bank called me before authorizing the payment, I denied, and then had to cancel my credit card and ask for a new one with an adverse impact on my credit score!!
