Criminal ! They do NOT advise that they charge a monthly fee and have continued to debit my account for £50 each month after an initial charge of £5 for some very simple advice. I have reported them to the Financial Conduct Authority.
Following this review I cancelled my “subscription” for which I was unaware I was to be charged £50 monthly and the second monthly subscription was cancelled.
As evidenced by similar complaints in many reviews the billing process is highly questionable and subscribers should be careful.
