Similar experience to others on here. I paid £5 for the answer to a question (which was average at best) and then they tried to charge me £50.
I only knew of the attempted charge because my bank blocked the transaction. Also they kept urging me to have a phone calll with the person providing my answer, which was £44.
Probably just trying to chargeThis company is an utter joke.
