I’ve just been asked by JustAnswer, to improve my original review, as shown below, which proves that they don’t accept criticism, at all. I stand by my opinion, that they are operating a scam, and taking advantage of people, who are in need of help.
The 'answer' that they provided, was so simplistic; 'switch it off and switch it back on again', which is very insulting.
They also took £30.00 from my credit card account, without my permission, or any notification.
They promised a refund, but it never arrived.
Avoid this company, at all costs.
