I wanted to book a call with a Vet who had initially responded to my query about my dog. I was asked a number of questions, to which I provided answers. Then complete silence from the vet responding.
I was desperate for a response, so booked an online call with the vet, only to be told the vet could not take calls.
They still charged me £10 for this though - even though no call was available for this particular vet.
So, no answers or help provided, and charged £10 for a call that never took place.
Just cancelled membership - appalling service.
